Hello there!
This was made specially for Victoria, the sweet little 10 years old daughter of a good friend of mine!
I've been told she is a huge Hilary Duff fan! So, I made it specially for her!
(I'm not very familiar with Hilary's face, so, I hope it looks like her! hehe!!)
